The videoconference hardware in Evans 204E is stuck in a loop. We are working with the vendor to get it repaired. The rest of the equipment in the room is unaffected - PC, laptop hookup, projector. Please plan accordingly.

This means that VoyagerMIS and other Voyager MSAccess database reports are down. We are working with Oracle to get it fixed, but it may well be sometime tomorrow before access is restored.

The application (Sugar) that our library helpdesks run on is down. This includes the DI helpdesk, Facilities and Electronic Resources. IT related issues can be reported by calling 862-4948.

The Library Proxy server down. Off campus patrons will still be able to search resources but will not be able to connect to full text.

The Voyager clients are not installing on some machines. We're aware of the issue and working on it.

The Libraries will begin upgrading the integrated library system at 5:00 a.m. Sunday, May 18, 2014. Library users will still be able to search LibCat and the MSL Catalog , but the check out details may be out of date. Also, users will be unable to access their personal data....
